Ella Broks has extensive experience in the insurance and business development sectors, currently serving as the Head of Wholesale and Alternative Channels Distribution at AIG since May 2021, following a role as NA Wholesale Distribution Leader. Prior to AIG, Ella held the position of National Director of Business Development at Lexington Insurance Company from April 2020 to May 2021. Ella's career also includes significant roles at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions from August 2012 to March 2020, where responsibilities included Head Sales for Excess & Surplus and Head Sales Force Effectiveness for North America, among others. Ella began the professional journey with an internship at Mettler Toledo in 2011. Ella holds a Degree in Business Administration from United International Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Management from Università Bocconi.
