Faye Formoso is a retired Vice President of Human Resources, having led HR services for AIG’s Centralized Services organization, supporting 45,000 employees across more than 80 countries. They developed AIG’s People Analytics Center of Excellence and played a pivotal role in implementing the human capital operating model as head of Global Service Delivery. Faye has held various leadership roles within AIG and is currently President of the Board of Directors for the Pelican Preserve Community Association.
