Mario Chavero

Mario Chavero serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Latin America Countries at AIG since July 2020. With extensive experience in financial leadership, Mario previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Chubb from August 2016 to March 2020, overseeing financial operations and risk management. Prior to that, Mario was the Chief Financial & Administration Officer at Assurant and held various senior roles at Marsh México, where achievements included significant improvements in net operating income margins. Mario's career also includes positions at CONSORCIO ARA and GCC de Mexico, showcasing a strong background in budget control, financial planning, and strategic development. Mario holds multiple diplomas in business administration and credit analysis, alongside a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
