Nabi Joshi

Nabi Joshi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and intelligence. Commencing a tenure at AIG in August 2013, Nabi Joshi has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Global Talent & Recruitment Intelligence and Talent & Market Intelligence Lead, showcasing expertise in global talent sourcing and executive recruitment. Prior experience includes serving as a Talent Specialist at Ladders from August 2011 to July 2013, Editorial Staff for the United Nations Mission in Nepal, and Program Coordinator at Society for Empowerment Nepal, where coordination of a national interfaith network to address Violence against Women was pivotal. Earlier in the career, Nabi Joshi was a Middle School Science Teacher at BDS Higher Secondary School from January 2001 to September 2004. Education credentials include a Master's degree in Global Practice from Boston College, a B.A. in Women's and Gender Studies from Beloit College, and participation in the PLUS Fulbright Scholar Program.
