Nigel Harrison is an experienced professional in customer analytics and business intelligence. Since January 2011, Nigel has served as the Head of Customer Analytics at AIG, leading a team of analysts to provide support for marketing and CRM through predictive modeling for sales propensity, media response, and customer persistency. Prior to this role, Nigel worked at Chartis from 2005 to 2010 as a CRM and customer analytics professional, focusing on business intelligence to enhance marketing and customer relationship management efforts. Nigel's career began at FirstApex, where Nigel held the position of Senior Business Analyst from 1999 to 2005. Nigel holds an MSc in Business Administration (IT) from the University of Central Lancashire and a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Leeds.
