Turab Hussain, ACAS, MAAA, CERA, currently serves as the Interim Global Chief Actuary and Chief Risk Officer for General Insurance at AIG since September 2021. Prior to this position, Turab was the Chief Risk and Actuarial Officer at PartnerRe from December 2017 to September 2021. Turab has held significant roles at The Hartford, including Chief Insurance Risk Officer and various actuarial positions from 2002 to 2017. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Arch Insurance Group and American Reinsurance (now Munich Reinsurance America), along with a foundational career at Reliance Insurance. Turab holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Statistics from Rutgers University and attended South Island School in Hong Kong.
