Alice Yinni Yuen has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Alice Yinni is currently working as a Project Manager (Hospitality) at Aigens since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Shangri-La Group from 2017 to 2022, where they held multiple roles including Senior Officer, Loyalty Officer, and Loyalty Agent. Alice Yinni also briefly worked as an Event Management Coordinator at JW Marriott in 2017. In addition, Alice worked as a Catering Assistant at Kulu Desserts from 2013 to 2017. Alice Yinni also gained experience as a Sports & Recreation Trainee at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts in 2016 and worked as a Sales Associate at Coach for a short period in 2012.

Alice Yinni Yueni obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Pace University - Lubin School of Business, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In 2015, they also participated in a study abroad program at the University of Westminster, focusing on Business Administration and Management. In terms of additional certifications, Alice obtained the Qualifying Certificate in Food Protection from the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene in February 2014. Later, they completed the PMP® Certification Training Course from KORNERSTONE Institute in January 2022 and the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice in November 2021. Alice Yinni also acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2022 and the PRINCE2® Practitioner certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in January 2022. In May 2017, Alice obtained the Servsafe Food Protection Manager Certification Examination from the American National Standards Institute.
