Erik van Vulpen is the founder of the Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR), leading efforts in HR upskilling, HR innovation, and digital HR since June 2016. AIHR is recognized as the largest online educator of future-proof skills in Human Resource Management, dedicated to providing world-class online education programs accessible globally. Prior to this, Erik held positions as a lecturer at Utrecht University and as an entrepreneur in residence at Holland Startup, as well as serving as a project consultant at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategy and an MSc in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Utrecht University, along with a BSc in Psychology and an LLB in Legal Studies from Utrecht University.
