Suhail Ramkilawan

Suhail Ramkilawan is a Senior HR Solutions Advisor at AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR since January 2025. Prior to this role, Suhail served as the Global Talent Management Solution Leader at SHL from November 2021 to January 2025, focusing on talent management solutions and customer requirements. Suhail also held the position of Senior Talent Solution Architect at SHL Africa, leading the development of strategic talent initiatives. At Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Limited, from November 2017 to November 2021, Suhail worked as the People Measurement Practice Lead, overseeing people measurement and assessment practices, and previously as a People Measurement Specialist and Senior Psychometrist/Acting Team Leader. In addition to experience in SIOPSA, including roles in marketing and communications and as a student representative, Suhail holds a BCom Honours in Human Resource Management from the University of Pretoria and completed a Data Analysis short course through GetSmarter.
