Doaa Darwish

Doaa Darwish has an extensive professional background in interpretation and education, currently serving as a member of Lions Clubs International since January 2016. With a long-standing role as a simultaneous interpreter since 1990, Doaa also holds a faculty position at The American University in Cairo from September 2001 to present. In addition, Doaa contributes as the Arab Regional Representative for AIIC - The International Association of Conference Interpreters since January 2015. Academically, Doaa possesses a PhD from Cairo University and two M.A. degrees in Mass Communication/Media Studies from The American University in Cairo and in simultaneous interpretation from the Faculty of Alsun, Ein Shams University.
