Akinbayode Akingboye

Akinbayode Akingboye has extensive experience in human resources and departmental leadership, currently serving as the Head of Facilities at AIICO Insurance PLC since September 2012. Prior roles include Human Resources Business Partner at United Bank for Africa PLC, where Akinbayode was involved in talent acquisition, recruitment databases, and staff management, as well as Customer Service Supervisor at Maersk International Shipping Line, overseeing customer service teams and complaint resolution. Additional experience includes roles at WMC Limited as Head of Human Resources and Intercontinental Bank PLC as Welfare/Relationship/Training Officer. Akinbayode holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Labour Relations from Lagos State University and a Bachelor's Degree in English Studies from Ogun State University.
