Bisola Solesi, ACIPM, HRPL, has been an Operations/Service Delivery Manager at AIICO Insurance PLC since March 2009, where responsibilities include analyzing employee data for trend identification and facilitating engaging new employee onboarding processes. In previous roles within the company, including HR-Employee Welfare, Recruitment & Outsourcing and HR Support for Outsourced Staff, Bisola built candidate pipelines, managed query resolutions, and maintained employee file accuracy.
