Carol founded and currently serves as the Executive Coach and Director of Spring Forward - Australia, where they work with corporate leaders to develop growth strategies and improve performance. Additionally, Carol has worked as an Executive Coach for Peter Berry Consultancy and AIIR Consulting. Prior to their coaching career, Carol held significant positions at The Timberland Company and APL, including Vice President of Global Marketing. Carol also made notable contributions during their time at Procter & Gamble, where they served as Marketing Director for various regions and played a key role in strategic planning and new business development. Carol'sformal education in coaching began in 2015 when they became a Demartini Values Facilitator through the Demartini Institute.

Over the years, Carol has pursued multiple certifications and programs to enhance their coaching skills. In 2020, they completed the Journey to Mastery Program and became a Certified Organisational Coach (Level 1 & Level 2) through the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL by GrowthOps). Carol also enrolled in the Accelerating Coach Excellence Program and earned the ACE Coach Accelerator certification.

Continuing their professional development, Carol completed the Virtuoso Program in 2021 as part of their education at Accelerating Coach Excellence.
