Joyce Chen

Joyce Chen is a seasoned Managing Partner, Executive Leadership Coach, and Facilitator at The Conscious Leadership Group since March 2022, providing coaching and consulting to leaders in top tech, finance, entertainment, biotech, and nonprofit organizations. Before this role, Joyce served as Global Head of Production at Meta, overseeing creative production across multiple platforms, and was Head of Integrated Production at Deloitte Digital, where oversight included major brands such as Electronic Arts and Twitter. Joyce’s filmmaking accomplishments include co-directing the award-winning documentary short "Refugee," recognized at numerous esteemed film festivals. The professional journey also includes significant production roles at Venables Bell and Partners, twofifteenmccann, McCann Worldgroup, and Modernista!. Joyce holds a BA in Communications from Boston University and has studied at prominent art institutions.
