Dayna Patterson, MBA, PCC has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. In 2007, they founded Patterson Leadership, where they currently operate as a High Performance Leadership Consultant, Coach, and Facilitator. Dayna works with executives and emerging leaders, providing expertise in leadership consulting, facilitation of development programs, and high-performance leadership coaching.

In 2019, Dayna joined Bluepoint Leadership Development as a Senior Facilitator and Leadership Coach. Dayna undertakes various projects related to leadership development, such as coaching skills, impact and influence, authenticity at work, managing change, and personal leadership.

Starting from 2022, Dayna began working as an Executive Coach and Facilitator at AIIR Consulting. Their role involves providing executive coaching services.

Dayna has also worked as a Facilitator and Coach at People Untapped and Clear Coaching since 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Facilitator at Mind Gym from 2011 and as a Leadership Coach at Sounding Board, Inc starting from 2021.

Dayna engaged as a Learning Consultant and Facilitator at Development Beyond Learning (DBL) since 2018, primarily focusing on the design and facilitation of early career management programs. Dayna also provides coaching and debrief assessments in some engagements.

Dayna served as an Associate Virtual Coach at The Virtual Training Team Ltd since 2019. Moreover, they have teaching experience as a Course Director at York University since 2007, where they taught courses on Strategy and Organizational Theory and Design, Finance, and managed teaching assistants.

Early in their career, from 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Consultant and Facilitator at Knowledge Plus Corporation, primarily undertaking short-term consulting projects in finance, course development, research/report writing, and co-leading introductory finance courses.

Dayna Patterson, MBA, PCC has a diverse educational background and numerous certifications. Dayna completed their HBBA degree in Finance at Wilfrid Laurier University from 1996 to 2000. After that, they pursued an MBA with a specialization in Entrepreneurship at the Schulich School of Business - York University from 2004 to 2005.

In terms of further education, Dayna obtained a certificate in Adult Training and Development, previously held a CTDP designation, from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto in 2009 and 2010. Dayna also passed all three levels of the CFA exam and previously held a CFA designation, receiving this qualification from the CFA Institute from 2001 to 2004.

Dayna has also obtained various certifications related to coaching and workforce development. Notable certifications include Team Effectiveness Survey, Coaching Mindset Index, Hogan Assessment Certification, Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching Trained Coach, and Team Management Profile Accreditation. Dayna is also a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC), has Employee Development Accreditation, and is a Certified Neurotransformational Coach.

Furthermore, Dayna holds certifications such as Leadership Circle 360 and Culture Survey, Certified Professional Coactive Coach, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Debriefing & Coaching Accreditation, and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation.
