Judy Lubin

Judy Lubin has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Judy is currently an Executive Coach at Stratosphere Leadership Coaching, where they help clients navigate complexity and forge a purposeful path. Judy also holds the position of Executive Coach at Executive Coaching Connections, LLC, providing guidance to leaders. Previously, they served as a Senior Executive Coach and Team Effectiveness Coach at AIIR Consulting, focusing on enhancing team performance. Additionally, Judy has a leadership role as Chair of the Board of Directors at Project Exploration, where they guide and advises the organization in promoting science education and mitigating poverty in Chicago's STEM deserts.

Judy Lubin holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Business/Managerial Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which they obtained in 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the same institution in 1991. Judy Lubin also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business from Indiana University Bloomington, which they obtained in 1986.

In addition to their academic degrees, Judy Lubin has obtained several certifications. Judy is certified in the Korn Ferry 360 assessment, the Coaching Mindset Index, and the Team Effectiveness Survey, all obtained in 2022. Judy completed the CCL Assessment Certification Course offered by the Center For Creative Leadership in 2021. In 2020, they obtained certification in the Birkman Signature assessment, and in 2019, they obtained certification in the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 assessments from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS) as well as the Hogan Assessment Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems. In 2018, they completed the Leadership Circle Profile Certification and the Leadership Culture Survey Certification, both offered by The Leadership Circle. Lastly, Judy Lubin holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation, which they obtained in 2021.
