Michael Grube

Michael Grube has held various roles throughout their work experience. Michael currently works at AIIR Consulting as a Leadership Solutions Strategist since January 2022. Prior to that, they were an Instructional Architect at NeuroLeadership Institute from November 2019 to December 2022. In 2019, they also worked as a Manager of Learning and Development at EPAM Systems from August to November. Michael Grube has had a long tenure at Cognosante starting in 2015, where they held multiple roles. Michael started as an eLearning Specialist and then transitioned to a Team Lead in Learning and Development. At Cognosante, their responsibilities included project supervision, analysis, design, and development of learning materials. Before Cognosante, they had an internship as an Instructional Designer/Developer at Bloomsburg University, where they worked on a cybersecurity training project for Cameroon. Michael also held multiple roles at Bloomsburg University as a Graduate Assistant, Student, and Summer Camp Co-Facilitator, where they gained experience in instructional design and development. Michael also worked as a Workshop Co-facilitator at DevLearn 2014 and Learning Solutions 2014. Additionally, they were a Lead Developer for the Bloomsburg University Advanced ID Course at Geisinger School of Radiologic Technology.

Michael Grube received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Digital Forensics from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2013. Michael then went on to earn their Master of Science in Instructional Technology, specializing in Instructional Technology, from the same university between 2013 and 2015.
