Nicky Westhead, PCC, MSc, is an executive coach, team coach, and leadership expert with extensive experience in global leadership at various organizational levels. Nicky has worked at arloesan as a leadership pioneer, specializing in bespoke areas for leaders, teams, and pioneering organizations. Nicky is also an athlete performance mindset coach, providing coaching to Ironman and Triathlete leaders.

Nicky Westhead, PCC, MSc has a diverse educational background. They first obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology (Hons) from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Occupational Psychology from The University of Sheffield, Management School, U.K., with the support of the B.P. Scholarship.

In terms of additional certifications, Nicky Westhead is a Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), holding the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation. They also completed the Certified Leadership Coach for Organizational Performance program at Rutgers University - Newark. Furthermore, Nicky is a Chartered Psychologist, recognized by The British Psychological Society in the U.K.
