Sarah Piff

Vice President, Client Experience at AIIR Consulting

Sarah Piff has a diverse work experience spanning over different roles and organizations. Their most recent position is as the Director of Client Success at AIIR Consulting since February 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Dean of Students at Eastern University from July 2018 to July 2020, where they led a team of 9 staff and oversaw various departments related to student development.

Before their role at Eastern University, Sarah was at Villanova University where they held multiple positions. Sarah served as the Associate Director for Residential Programming and Leadership from February 2013 to June 2018, where they led a team responsible for the development and success of residential students. Sarah also served as an Instructor in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences from June 2008 to June 2018, where they designed and taught an experiential learning course on sustainability and environmental leadership.

Additionally, Sarah held the role of Sexual Assault Resource Coordinator at Villanova University from July 2014 to May 2018, where they provided support to students subjected to sexual assault and facilitated prevention education. Earlier in their career, they were an Area Coordinator for Residence Management at Villanova University from July 2005 to June 2013.

Prior to their time at Villanova, Sarah worked at the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg as a Resident Director from August 2003 to July 2005 and as a Career Services Graduate Assistant from July 2003 to May 2005. Sarah also had a short-term internship as an SVC/ACT 101 Academic Advising Intern at Saint Vincent College in January 2005.

Sarah Piff has a Bachelor of Social Work (B.S.W.) degree from Eastern University. Sarah also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

In addition to their formal education, Sarah has obtained several certifications. Sarah completed the Coaching Mindset Index (CMI) program at AIIR Consulting in July 2021 and the Team Effectiveness Survey (TES) program at the same institution in May 2021. Sarah also completed a course on Organizational Analysis at Stanford University through Coursera in December 2020. Furthermore, Sarah is a certified Gate Keeper Suicide Prevention Trainer, having completed the program at the QPR Institute in November 2019.
