Terence Lam, PCC, CPQC, CPCC

Terence Lam has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Terence is currently the Founder and Leadership Coach at InnoMind Global Company Limited. Prior to this, Terence worked as a Senior Executive Coach at AIIR Consulting, where they focused on increasing the effectiveness and performance of leaders and organizations through coaching and technology integration.

In their previous roles, Terence served as the General Manager for Hong Kong and Singapore, as well as the Asia Pacific Regional Advertising Development at The Mentholatum Asia Pacific Limited. Terence also held various positions at Procter & Gamble, including General Manager of Asia Haircare Marketing, CMO and Head of Marketing for Hong Kong and Taiwan, and various sales and marketing roles across China and Hong Kong. Terence has a wealth of experience in the consumer goods industry, having worked with brands such as Pampers, Whisper, Pantene, Head & Shoulders, Crest, and Oral B.

Terence Lam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with first-class honors from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, which they obtained from 1996 to 1999. In 2017, they underwent training at The Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), becoming the first CPCC in Hong Kong. Terence continued their education at CRR Global in 2022, completing the Organisation and Relationship System Coaching (ORSC) program, specializing in Team Coaching, Relationship Coaching, and System Coaching.

Terence Lam has also obtained various additional certifications throughout their career. These include being a ToP (Technology of Participation) Facilitator from the Institute of Cultural Affairs International, achieved in March 2023. Terence is also certified in Neuroscience of Change from Coaches Rising, as well as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation, both obtained in December 2022. In addition, they hold an Intermediate-level certification in Organisation and Relationship System Coaching (ORSC) from CRR Global, acquired in October 2022.

Furthermore, Terence Lam has obtained numerous other certifications including being a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (Mental Fitness) from Positive Intelligence, Inc. and a Certified Trainer for Create Your Meaningful Work from Yokuikiru Kenkyusho. Terence is also a Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation and holds certifications as a LUMA Institute Certified Practitioner of Human-Centered Design as well as for ORS@Work (Relationship and Team Coaching) from CRR Global. Additionally, they have a Postgraduate Certificate in Peter Drucker Management Practice Managerial Effectiveness from HKU SPACE.

In terms of their corporate training certifications, Terence Lam has been certified as an Emerging Leaders Corporate Trainer, Creating Highly Effective Team (CHET) Corporate Trainer, and MBTI Personality Assessment Corporate Trainer, with these certifications obtained in 2011, 2009, and 2006 respectively.
