Justyna Szpara, FCIArb, has extensive experience in arbitration and litigation, currently serving as a partner and head of the Arbitration and Litigation department at Łaszczuk & Partners since January 2019. Szpara holds multiple influential roles, including membership in ICC Working Groups on Circular Economy and Plastic Pollution since September 2022, and serving as Vice-President and Chair of the Arbitration Commission at ICC Poland since June 2018. Additionally, Szpara is an active member of the Commission on Arbitration and ADR at the International Chamber of Commerce since August 2018, a Fellow at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators since February 2018, and holds various positions within the AIJA - International Association of Young Lawyers since August 2011. Szpara has been an arbitrator in prominent arbitration courts in Poland, including the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce and the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan, since 2010 and 2009 respectively. Szpara's academic background includes a Master of Laws from the University of Warsaw and further studies at the University of Regensburg.
