Alessandro Benetton

CTO at AIKO - Autonomous Space Missions

Alessandro Benetton has held a variety of roles in the aerospace industry over the past several years. In 2016, they worked as a Master Thesis Student at Thales Alenia Space. Two years later, they completed an Internship at the same company, where they were responsible for the Analysis and Optimization of non-Keplerian trajectories and the development and application of mission analysis software and algorithms. In 2019, they worked as a Consulting at AIKO - Autonomous Space Missions and as a Graduate Research Fellow at Università di Roma Tor Vergata. Finally, in 2020, they were appointed CTO and Mission Autonomy Engineer at AIKO - Autonomous Space Missions.

Alessandro Benetton obtained a Bachelor Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Torino between 2010 and 2015. Alessandro then went on to obtain a Master Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the same institution between 2015 and 2018. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn and Coursera. These include Product Management: Building a Product Strategy from LinkedIn in February 2022, Divide and Conquer, Sorting and Searching, and Randomized Algorithms from Coursera in February 2020, and Graph Search, Shortest Paths, and Data Structures from Coursera in February 2020.
