Lília Marques Fernandes

Lília Marques Fernandes has a diverse background in project management and analysis, with experience spanning multiple companies. At Aiko, Lília worked as both a Project Manager and Projects Analyst from January to September 2025. Prior to this, Lília held the position of Product Analyst at Zeentech for a short duration in mid-2024. From October 2021 to June 2024, Lília was with Accenture, initially as a Junior Project Mobilization Analyst and later as a Mid-level Analyst, focusing on the planning and development of national and international projects. Lília's experience also includes serving as an Assistant for Special Projects at Localiza, where leadership of a request management team was a key responsibility. Early in the career, Lília contributed to the public relations efforts at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais. Lília holds an MBA in Projects, Leadership, Strategy, and Business from PUC Minas, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the same institution.
