Josef H. Von Rickenbach

Josef von Rickenbach is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as the Director at Javara and the Chairman of the Board at ZAGENO Inc. and Aileron Therapeutics, Josef also holds the position of Managing Director at stet vision LLC. Previously, Josef was the CEO and Co-Founder of Helio Vision, Inc., which was acquired by Aldeyra Therapeutics, and served as the Director of NextGen Acquisition Corporation II SPAC. Notably, Josef co-founded PAREXEL, where Josef held roles as Chairman and CEO from its inception in 1982 until 2018. Academic credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of Lucerne.
