Chuck Huggins

Chuck Huggins is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, coaching, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer and Director of Client Development at Aileron since January 2007, Chuck leads the design of systems to convert client inquiries and develop clients in Professional Management while also providing executive and team coaching as a Certified Professional Coach through iPEC. Previous experience includes owning Perfect Temp Heating and Air Conditioning, a residential HVAC company, and Kidz R Growing, a children's resale store, along with managerial roles at W.B. Marvin Manufacturing and The Dial Corporation. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio Northern University and has completed various leadership training programs, including those at the Edward Lowe Foundation and Notre Dame University Executive Education.
