Krista Powell

Krista Powell has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Krista currently holds the position of Director of Product Development at Aileron since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Leadership Coach and Facilitator at Aileron starting from June 2017. From February 2021 to April 2022, they served as a Research and Development Product Manager. Before that, they worked as a Brand and Product Manager from October 2015 to February 2021 and as an Assistant Product Manager from December 2014 to October 2015. Krista began their career at Aileron as a Strategic Development Specialist from August 2010 to December 2014 and as an Operations Associate from April 2010 to August 2010. Additionally, in January 2019, Krista Powell co-founded and became a partner at Christopher & Mae Design Company, where they currently hold a role with no specified end date.

Krista Powell completed their education at Wright State University. Krista obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing and Management from 2006 to 2010. Following this, they pursued a Master's of Business Administration from 2010 to 2012, specializing in Management, Innovation and Change as well as Project Management. In addition to their academic qualifications, Krista has obtained several certifications. In 2012, they became a Certified Internal Strategic Planner through Partners in Change LLC. Furthermore, they obtained certifications as a Certified Professional Coach and an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) from iPEC Coaching in 2017.
