Lindsey Bahr

Lindsey Bahr has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Lindsey is currently the Director of Finance & Administration at Aileron since 2018. Previously, they worked as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Dayton from 2019 to 2021, teaching Introduction to Financial Accounting. Lindsey also held multiple positions at The E.W. Scripps Company, including Senior Manager Financial Reporting, Senior Manager Sales & Incentive Compensation, and Financial Reporting Manager. Before that, they worked as an Assurance Senior at Ernst & Young LLP and as a Senior Corporate Accountant at Cintas. Lindsey started their career as an Assurance Staff at Ernst & Young LLP and also gained experience in budgeting and peer advising at the University of Dayton. Additionally, they had internships as an Assurance Intern at Ernst & Young and as an Accounting Trainee at the Department of Veterans Affairs. Lindsey's early career includes roles at Flyer Enterprises, where they served as the Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Manager/Director of Merchandising.

Lindsey Bahr obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Dayton. This educational journey took place from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Accountancy Board of Ohio in August 2011. Lindsey further acquired additional certifications, including being Dare to Lead Trained from Dare to Lead™ Trained in September 2020 and completing the Aileron program on Becoming a More Conscious Leader in June 2020.
