Laura-Ann Pafundi is an experienced finance and operations leader with a strong background in both nonprofit and corporate sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Finance & Administration at INCLUDEnyc, Laura-Ann previously held the role of Director of Finance & Operations at Change Machine, where responsibilities included strategic financial management and human capital management. Prior consulting work at L-AP Consulting focused on financial management and organizational development for mid- to large-sized corporations. At Barclays, Laura-Ann contributed as Chief of Staff in the Corporate and Investment Bank COO Office and served as Global Equities Chief Administrative Officer, overseeing strategic planning and financial management. Laura-Ann began a career in finance at Lehman Brothers, where roles included Global Equities Chief-of-Staff and VP positions.
