Marcin Słowik has extensive experience in software development and project management, currently serving as the Owner of Soft4U2 since July 2014, where Marcin implemented the full product cycle for the "CRAX Commander." Additionally, Marcin has worked as a Java Developer and Software Architect at Ailleron, focusing on online banking projects, software architecture, technical documentation, and security solutions. Prior to these roles, Marcin held positions at Software Mind as an IT Project Manager and Technical Leader, managing multiple IT projects in the telco and banking sectors, and at WebSoft as a Team Leader and Senior Software Engineer, contributing to enterprise systems and bill payment solutions. Early career experience includes software design and development at ComputerLand for the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare in Poland. Marcin holds a Master of Science degree in Computational Physics from AGH University of Krakow.
