Monika Korus

Monika Korus is an experienced Test Engineer at Ailleron since April 2018, specializing in building QA departments, designing test processes, and implementing agile methodologies. Key achievements include managing test processes for three large projects and increasing product potential through UX testing. Prior experience includes serving as Test Manager at Comarch, where Monika led a test team, optimized test processes, and created detailed test plans. Earlier in the career as a Software Quality Control Engineer, Monika conducted extensive manual tests across various platforms. Monika holds a Master of Science in Technical Physics and an Engineering degree in Transport from Politechnika Krakowska, along with postgraduate studies in User Experience and Product Design from AGH University of Krakow.
