Patrycja Leszek-Królikowska

Patrycja Leszek-Królikowska has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Patrycja started their career as a Project Manager Assistant at Meetings Management, a Professional Conference Organizer and Business Tourism Consultancy, from October 2008 to March 2009. Patrycja then joined Comarch in July 2009 as a Software Test Engineer until February 2011, and later became a Business Analyst from February 2011 to November 2015. Since December 2015, Patrycja has been working at Ailleron as a Senior UX/UI Designer until March 2021. Patrycja then progressed to the role of UX/UI Team Leader and Senior UX/UI Designer from April 2021 to May 2023. In July 2021, they were promoted to General Manager of UXLab, and currently holds the position of Business Unit Director at Ailleron, overseeing the BU UXUI & Customer Analysis Behaviour.

Patrycja Leszek-Królikowska's education history begins in 2005 when they enrolled at SGH Warsaw School of Economics for their Bachelor's degree in International Relations, which they completed in 2008. In 2006, they also began their Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Recreation at the University of Physical Education in Warsaw, which they finished in 2009.

Following their bachelor's degrees, Patrycja pursued further education at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. From 2008 to 2010, they completed their Master's degree in Management with a specialization in Project Management. Patrycja then engaged in postgraduate studies from 2011 to 2012 at the same institution. These postgraduate studies focused on Knowledge Management with the use of contemporary technologies and information systems.

Outside of their formal education, Patrycja received several additional certifications. In 2018, they acquired "The foundations of a young leader" certification from Leaders Island. In 2020, they became a certified Design Sprint Facilitator through Design Sprint Academy. Most recently, in 2022, they obtained the UX-PM Level 3 certification from UXalliance. Additionally, Patrystja has a certification as a Design thinking moderator from DT Makers | Design Thinking for companies, although the specific month and year of achievement were not provided.
