Wei Zhuang (Lenard) Tan

Wei Zhuang (Lenard) Tan is an experienced professional with a diverse background. Wei Zhuang (Lenard) started their career as a Distributor for Alinta Energy in 2013, then moved on to become a Free-Lance Web Developer in 2014. In 2015, they joined Jeppesen, a Boeing Company as a System Expert, where they successfully led and coordinated global large-scale teams and projects of 8 to 50 people in APAC and EMEA between USD$10M - $30M between +- 10% of original budget and schedule. Wei Zhuang (Lenard) also improved operation and development productivity by recommending and implementing new ways of working and tools to achieve efficiency of 20% or more. In 2020, they held roles as a Project Manager at Boeing and a Consultant at PwC. Wei Zhuang (Lenard) is currently the Founder & CEO of Ailytics since 2022.

Wei Zhuang (Lenard) Tan has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the National University of Singapore, which they obtained in 2021 after studying Strategy & Organization from 2019 to 2021. Wei Zhuang (Lenard) also has a Bachelor of Information and Technology from Monash University, which they obtained in 2015 after studying ICT/App Dev from 2012 to 2015. Wei Zhuang (Lenard) is also certified with a Venture Leader Scholarship from Quest Ventures, obtained in July 2021, an Innovation and Engineering Leadership Skills for Industry 4.0 from the MIT Sloan School of Management, obtained in September 2020, and a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in January 2017.
