Melynda Kite

Melynda is a tenured executive in the Human Resources field, leading the People Experience at AIM. She directs a team responsible for driving company culture, inclusion, engagement, diversity, benefits and employee compensation.

Before coming to AIM, Melynda was the Director of Human Resources for Launch Consulting Group. Her experience working directly in the professional services and consulting space provides AIM consultants with a partner that understands the benefits of flexible workforce solutions created for each person’s lifestyle. A dedicated people-first person, Melynda and her team go above and beyond the role of human resources as true confidants, professional coaches, and advocates for each individual. Melynda received a BA from Western Washington University and multiple certifications in Human Resources from the University of Washington.
