Damien Tarpley

Damien Tarpley is an experienced operations and project manager with a strong background in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the West Texas Area Operations Manager at Aim Directional Services LLC since January 2018, Damien previously held several key roles at Weatherford from 2005 to 2018, including Project Manager, Regional Operations Manager for Sub Sahara Africa, and Area Operations Manager. During this time, Damien successfully executed multiple international projects, significantly increased revenue through advanced technology implementation, and managed operational efficiencies across various regions. Earlier experience includes military service as an M1A1 Abrams Tank Crewman in the US Army, where Damien demonstrated leadership and budget management skills. Damien holds a Bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University.
