Duke Deluca

Duke DeLuca serves as the President of ACULED Global Consulting since November 2014, specializing in General and Technical Engineering Management, Defense Resource Management, and large-scale project management. Duke holds additional advisory roles at AIM Intelligent Machines, The Roosevelt Group, and the Institute for Defense Analyses. Previous experience includes commanding general positions for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and leading the Mississippi River Commission. Duke's education includes a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and various studies in National Security at Harvard Kennedy School. As a public speaker, Duke focuses on infrastructure, federal budgeting, water resource management, and military strategy, addressing educational and professional groups.
