Jacqueline Holliday has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Starting in 2007, they worked at SC Johnson as a Sales Associate and later held positions as an Assistant Brand Manager, Associate Brand Manager, Brand Manager, and Global Marketing Director. During their time at SC Johnson, they focused on developing marketing strategies, managing brand portfolios, and overseeing advertising campaigns. In 2018, they joined Roush as the Vice President of Marketing, where they implemented change management initiatives and created a new marketing ecosystem. In 2020, Jacqueline founded their own consulting firm, Blue Magnolia Consulting, specializing in providing management and implementation support to small and medium-sized businesses. Jacqueline also held roles at UPLAND as a Principal and Head of Growth Strategy, Chief as a Member, and the Rochester Museum & Science Center as a Member of the Board of Trustees. Additionally, they served as a Board Member at the Cornell Dyson School of Applied Economics & Management. Overall, Jacqueline has demonstrated expertise in driving growth, strategic planning, and change management in various leadership positions throughout their career.
Jacqueline Holliday completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a Marketing Concentration from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Applied Economics & Management from Cornell University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Jacqueline Holliday has earned two additional certifications. In April 2020, they obtained the certification in Data Visualization: Storytelling from LinkedIn, and they also completed the certification in The Persuasion Code: The Neuroscience of Sales, also from LinkedIn, during the same month and year.
