Russell Burt

Russell Burt brings over two decades of experience in finance and fund management, currently serving as Principal at Marbury Fund Services (Cayman) Limited since July 2013. In addition to this role, Burt contributes as a non-executive director on the Global Council for the Alternative Investment Management Association since September 2020. Previous positions include Head of Finance & Cayman Operations at both Man and GLG Partners, where responsibilities encompassed financial reporting for over 600 hedge funds and governance on fund and management company boards. Earlier career roles included Financial Controller at Banco Bradesco and Audit Senior at Price Waterhouse Coopers. Russell Burt holds a degree in Economics from Southampton University, obtained between 1989 and 1992.
