Douglas Winfield Mih

Douglas Winfield MIH is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in operations and management across multiple well-known hotel brands. Currently serving as Vice President Operations at Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA since March 2021, Douglas previously held the position of General Manager at Interstate Hotels & Resorts from June 2018 to March 2021, as well as at Marriott Hotels from March 2016 to May 2018. Notably, Douglas was the opening General Manager for the 240-bed Courtyard Marriott Edinburgh. Before that, Douglas spent nearly three decades at Intercontinental Hotels Group, where roles included General Manager and Cluster General Manager for Yorkshire. Additional experience includes managing a 300-bedroom airport hotel at Holiday Inn and various management positions at Posthouse and THF.
