Erika Hanna, MS, PHR, CMI, currently serves as Vice President of Operations for Women's, Children's, and Dental Service Line at Valley Health Partners since September 2025, while also being an adjunct lecturer of Spanish at Penn State University. With previous experience as Manager of HR Service Operations at Penn State Health and in various roles at Lehigh Valley Health Network, including Manager and Supervisor of Interpreter Services, Erika has built a robust career in both healthcare operations and education. As the Director and Founder of The Reading Squad & Future Leaders, Erika has demonstrated leadership skills alongside a strong administrative background gained during tenure at Fresh Meadow Management. Committed to professional development, Erika is pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Strategic Leadership at Liberty University, following advanced degrees in Strategic Leadership and Analytics and Human Resources Management.
