Charlotte Grant

Charlotte Grant, PHR, currently serves as the Area Director of Human Resources at Aimbridge Hospitality since October 2023. Previously, Charlotte held the position of Human Resources Director at Impetus from November 2022 to August 2023. A significant portion of Charlotte's career was spent at Sonesta Hotels, where roles included Senior Human Resources Manager and Employee Relations Manager from September 2014 to November 2022. Other notable experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Dinah's Garden Hotel, Regional Director of Human Resources at Hilton Philadelphia City Avenue and Homewood Suites, and Director of Human Resources at Radisson Hotel Denver Southeast. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Colorado Denver and is currently pursuing further education at Tulane University School of Professional Advancement.
