Heather Davis

Heather Davis is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in operations and management within the hotel industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Aimbridge Hospitality since December 2016, Davis has held various leadership roles including Regional Vice President of Operations and Area General Manager. Additionally, Davis is a member of Women Leading Travel & Hospitality since January 2023. Previous positions include Complex Hotel Manager at Highgate, Director of Operations at Hilton Garden Inn, and Food and Beverage Director at various establishments. A graduate of Niagara University with Bachelor of Science degrees in Restaurant Management and Hotel and Restaurant Management, Davis has demonstrated expertise in operational systems, team management, and financial oversight across several prestigious hospitality organizations.
