Jen Zablotny

Jen Zablotny currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Revenue & Operations at Ghost, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this role, Jen was a Consultant and Vice President of Strategy & Operations at Ambercycle from October 2023 to March 2025, and also worked as an Independent Consultant focusing on consumer and apparel sectors from June 2023 to March 2025. Jen's extensive experience includes leading North American operations for CloudKitchens, where responsibilities encompassed building and scaling the restaurant SaaS business Otter and transforming Future Foods across the region from January 2020 to May 2023. Earlier professional endeavors included serving as a Barre, HIIT, and Yoga Teacher at Exhale Spa from May 2018 to March 2020. Educational background includes dual degrees in Finance, Marketing, and Theology from Boston College, completed in January 2010.
