Lene Kiester is an experienced revenue management professional with a career that spans over two decades in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Area Director of Revenue Strategy at Aimbridge Hospitality since March 2022, Lene previously held the position of Manager of Revenue Strategy at Concord Hospitality Enterprises from June 2016 to April 2022. Lene's earlier roles include Marketing Associate at Sysco Foods and Revenue/Reservations Manager at Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club, where Lene achieved record occupancy and significant revenue growth. Lene's extensive experience at Marriott Hotels included roles such as Director of Group Strategy, overseeing multiple properties and leading sales teams.
