In a previous capacity as Interim CEO, Andy successfully led the organization after a rapid leadership transition. Additionally, Andy holds a Board Member position at the Australian Influencer Marketing Council, which focuses on advancing influencer marketing standards. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Customer at Fitness and Lifestyle Group, Digital Performance Director at Les Mills International, and various senior marketing roles at EF Education First and L'Oréal. Andy's educational background includes a certificate from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a BA in International Business from Nottingham Trent University.

The Australian Influencer Marketing Council (AIMCO) was formed by experts from across the influencer marketing community providing leadership to guide the industry on best practice in order to establish a baseline of accepted practices when engaging in influencer marketing. AIMCO is an alliance of Australian companies engaged in influencer marketing working together to elevate best practice in order to address industry trust and transparency issues. Its aim is to foster a united voice of industry professionals to provide guidance and knowledge to this thriving marketing sector. AIMCO was formed by the Audited Media Association of Australia (AMAA), a not-for-profit industry association, in September 2019.
