Tom Maynard is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in the entertainment and digital media sectors. As the founder of Amplify since January 2019, and previously the founder and CEO of Marquee Studios, Maynard has demonstrated entrepreneurial expertise. Maynard also serves on the advisory board of VidCon and as a guiding council member for the Australian Influencer Marketing Council. With a strong background at FremantleMedia, including roles such as Channel Head for FremantleMedia North America, Director of Digital Media, and Senior Producer, Tom has played a significant role in shaping media content. Additional experience includes being an Online Video Manager at Endemol and an Interactive Producer at juicemedia. Tom Maynard's educational background includes a Diploma of MultiMedia from SAE and a formative education at The Scots College.

AiMCO – Australian Influencer Marketing Council
The Australian Influencer Marketing Council (AIMCO) was formed by experts from across the influencer marketing community providing leadership to guide the industry on best practice in order to establish a baseline of accepted practices when engaging in influencer marketing. AIMCO is an alliance of Australian companies engaged in influencer marketing working together to elevate best practice in order to address industry trust and transparency issues. Its aim is to foster a united voice of industry professionals to provide guidance and knowledge to this thriving marketing sector. AIMCO was formed by the Audited Media Association of Australia (AMAA), a not-for-profit industry association, in September 2019.
