Janice Guzzo

Janice Guzzo has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and companies. Janice began their career at SaskTel in 1993, where they worked as a Recruiter - Selection & Staffing before progressing to roles such as Labour Relations Director and Strategic Planning & Staffing Manager. Janice then joined Lilydale Inc. in 2006 as the Manager of Selection & Staffing, responsible for corporate-wide recruitment and staffing strategies. In 2007, they transitioned to North American Construction Group as the Manager of Recruitment & Workforce Planning, overseeing talent acquisition and HR programs. Janice then joined Acrodex in 2009, where they served as the Director of Human Resources and later as the Chief Resource Officer. Their most recent position is with Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo), where they have held various roles including Vice President of Human Resources and Managing Director of Global Partnerships & Total Rewards. Janice Guzzo's work experience highlights their skills in areas such as strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, labor relations, and HR program design and implementation.

Janice Guzzo completed their education in Labor and Industrial Relations at Queen's University in 1997. Janice also attained a Certificate in General Studies from SIAST and studied Business Administration at the University of Regina.
