Kimberly Wilson

Kimberly Wilson, CHRP, currently serves as a Senior Global HR Manager at Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo) since March 2023. Prior to this role, Kimberly held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Fiera Capital from April 2021 to March 2023 and previously worked at Grosvenor Group in a similar capacity from October 2014 to August 2017. Kimberly also provided HR support to the CPP Investment Board, where responsibilities included managing HR programs for various investment departments from March 2008 to June 2014. Kimberly's earlier experience encompasses roles such as Human Resources Generalist and Recruitment Specialist at McMillan LLP between 2006 and 2008. Academically, Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Western University, a CHRP designation from the Human Resources Professional Association, and is an ICF Trained Coach from The Coaching Academy for Leaders. Additionally, Kimberly completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) at the Canadian Securities Institute in 2003.
