Michael Staeb has a diverse range of work experience in the insurance industry. Michael started their career in 2002 as the Director of Operations & Accounting at The Guardian Life Insurance Company. Michael then worked at Integrated Financial Group as the Director of Operations & Accounting from 2003 to 2004. Michael joined Ash Brokerage of Seattle in 2004 as a Relationship Manager and remained there until 2012. In 2012, they started their own brokerage firm, Staeb Brokerage, where they served as the Principal until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, Michael worked at Washington Brokerage in a Sales & Marketing role. In 2015, they also became the Regional Sales Director at AIMCOR Enterprise Insurance Group. Currently, Michael is working as the Regional Director at AIP Marketing Alliance since 2017. In 2005, they became the President of 3GEN Insurance. Overall, Michael Staeb has held various positions throughout their career and has gained extensive experience in the insurance industry.

Michael Staeb, CLTC, LACP, LUTCF, has a diverse education history that spans various areas of study. In 2001 and 2002, they attended Cornish College of the Arts, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a focus on Interior Design. In 2003 and 2004, they studied Accounting at Bellevue College, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree.

In 2006, Michael enrolled at The American College of Financial Services, where they pursued a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation. Michael completed the coursework for this prestigious certification.

Fast forward to 2010, Michael attended the NAIFA Leadership in Life Institute and obtained a LILI Certificate, which enhanced their leadership skills.

Continuing their commitment to professional development, Michael joined College for Financial Planning in 2016 and completed the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF®) program over a span of two years, graduating in 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Michael has obtained various certifications. In 2010, they obtained the Leadership in Life Institute (LILI) certification from NAIFA. Michael also earned the Life Insurance and Annuity Certified Professional (LACP) certification from NAIFA in 2017. Furthermore, Michael obtained the Certification in Long-Term Care (CLTC) from the CLTC institution in April 2022.

To stay up-to-date with industry trends and advances, Michael has completed multiple advanced training programs. In 2020, they attended the AIMCOR EIG University - Advanced Sales Training program offered by John Hancock, and in 2021, they completed the AIMCOR EIG University - Modern Marketing Training program provided by Lincoln Financial Network.
