Parul Punjabi Jagdish serves as the Global Head of Impact, Mentor, and CEO of AIME Inc. in the USA, focusing on scaling Indigenous-led models globally and ensuring sustainable operations across the Americas. With a strong background in strategy and community impact, Parul co-founded and served as Director of Global Partnerships at Coffs Connection & Community, leading programs that celebrate diversity and strengthen communities. Previously, Parul led strategy as Co-Founder & CEO of t33 Sound Policy and worked as a Senior Strategy Analyst at Bain & Company. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Film and Television from the University of Birmingham and various certifications in governance and community services.
