María Cerviño

Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in the fields of nutrition, business management, and compliance. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products. In addition to this role, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes owning and managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, working as a nutritionist at a private consulting office between February 2016 and 2019, and teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and food history at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
